The installer has been completely revised for V12 and is provided in the form of *.msi packages.
The first number after the package name indicates the V12 version, followed by the subversion number (possibly another subversion) and finally the build number.

NO users may access any modules during the installation process!
As soon as modules are opened on any workstation, various DLLs are accessible and cannot be "touched" by the installation process. An error message appears.
There is a connection between the software and the index. When updating to V12, the geo-index should always be recreated, not just updated, in order to benefit from the many improvements. You can find details on this under Section 4.22.6, “GeoDb ” in ENTERPRISE 3Dfindit (Professional) - Administration.
Existing versions are regularly developed further and should be made available to you as updates as quickly as possible. Such updates always represent a complete package that usually includes updated CAD/PDMfeatures in addition to the software. Details on this point can be found at Chapter 5, Software: Update .
