2.1. Program start of ENTERPRISE 3Dfindit

3Dfindit is called up in CAD directly from the ENTERPRISE 3Dfindit menu.

The following table shows the respective behavior for Insert model, 3Dfindit and PARTdataManager:

Insert model

If no application has been started yet, the 3Dfindit client starts, if this is not possible, PARTdataManager starts, if an application is already running, the user is asked whether he wants to start 3Dfindit or PARTdataManager.

Select "PARTdataManager" or "3Dfindit" and confirm with "Select [Choose]".

3Dfindit

3Dfindit: The visual search engine for 3D manufacturer components

If 3Dfindit is not running, it is started and if it is already running, exactly this application is used.

PARTdataManager

PARTdataManager: Transfer of 3D components from PARTsolutions to CAD

If PARTdataManager is not running, it is started and if it is already running, exactly this application is used.
