Templates for a couple of languages are found in the SETUP directory (e.g. linkdbtemplate_english.html)

The setting is relevant for the Request ERP number by e-mail [Request ERP number per e-mail] dialog.

The same key can be found at plinkcommon.cfg. It is normally better to use general settings for this than user-specific settings.
