The dialog box New ident number [new ident-no.] is opened by clicking on the button Add data record to link database [Add dataset to link database] opens the dialog box.

It can be designed differently depending on roles.

Example: Dialog for user "location" , role "Administrator"

Example: Dialog for user "location", role "Berlin reduziert"

The dialog is set in the configuration file erpcustom.cfg in the block USERDIALOG. The dialog can be specified for individual roles by appending the role name in brackets (USERDIALOG(LOC1) after the block name in the figure below).
