In PARTadmin, docking window Index update you can see the progress of the index generation.
In addition, you can see the progress in the Windows task bar.
This function enables the termination of the index generation for the currently generated index.
If the update of the geo search index [Geometrical search index] is aborted, it is possible to keep the already generated status and continue at a later time, which can mean a considerable speed advantage.
If you want to interrupt, select the relevant line in the Index update docking window and then click on the Cancel task [Cancel job] button.
The Generation canceled dialog box may open after a certain delay, asking whether you want to accept the changes you have already made.
In both cases start generation quite normally at a later time again.
Cancel waiting tasks [Cancel pending tasks]: The current process is completed. The pending tasks are canceled.
