4.23. Getting started - Demo database

To familiarize yourself with all the setting options, it is best to install the demo database via the Zip_Sales_Offline package independently of the production system.

You can find extensive help on this in the manual "PARTsolutions Strategic Parts Management - Training".

The demo database already contains:

  • Data records with ERP data

    In a lot of projects you will find demo entries.

  • Demo user with demo roles

    Different filters (roles) have been defined for the demo users, so that the view in PARTdataManager /3Dfindit is correspondingly different. The different views give you an initial insight into the configuration options.
