4.16.3.  Function characteristic pin on/off / plinkcommon.cfg -> Block [PARTdataManager] -> Key "LockFunctionRange"

If the value of the LockFunctionRange key is set to "1", all value range fields of the function characteristic [Function attribute] type are pinned after the ERP number is set, so that it is then no longer possible to change the stroke position of a cylinder, for example.
