4.5.1.1. Single-user installation (RichClient/PARTdataManager)

[Note]Note

In a productive environment, a single-user installation is only provided as RichClient/PARTdataManager. A 3Dfindit single-user installation is not provided, but only in connection with a client server environment. For demo and test purposes, use a Sales Offline package.

  • Installation method

    For a single user installation that uses PARTdataManager as user interface, select the option Software, data and setup local [Software, data and setup locally] in the installation routine under Target folder [Destination Folder] -> Installation method and adjust the paths of CADENAS DATA, CADENAS SITE SETUP and CADENAS Pool as desired.

    CADENAS Pool must never be under CADENAS DATA!

  • Product Features

    Select the package ENTERPRISE 3Dfindit (which also includes PARTsolutions ERP and PARTapplicationserver ), with which all applications (3Dfindit, PARTdataManager, PARTadmin, PARTlinkManager, PARTdataCenter, etc.) are installed. If ERP is desired, it is best to choose the option PARTsolutions ERP in addition to cover all eventualities.

    Furthermore select the desired integration(s).
