Reset

Reset resets the search fields and the last sorting.

Query

The number of data records can be restricted using the input fields in the header area of the table.

In the example, "0.10" was entered as the value for the price. --> After queries [Query] the table only shows rows where the field content in the "Price" column corresponds to this specification.

Add row

Add [Add row] line only creates a number and then links it to a data set according to the following procedure.

Click the Add row button

Double-click the line and call up PARTdataManager call up

Suchen Sie das gewünschte Teil aus.

Select a specific characteristic/data record.

Click the Send selection to PARTlinkManager [Send selection to Link Manager] button. (This and the following button are only visible if PARTdataManager was opened from PARTlinkManager )

-> The data record selected in the PARTdataManager selected data record is now linked to the assigned ERP_PDM_NUMBER

If you do not want a link, click on the PARTdataManager click on the Cancel selection button.

The view switches back to PARTlinkManager without a link.

Delete row

Delete row opens the Delete data records [Delete datasets] window.

If only Delete project data records [Delete project datasets] is clicked and a fully completed data record is selected, the ERP number is retained and the other information is deleted. Data records that contain nothing but the ERP number cannot be deleted with this option alone.

The Delete unassigned ERP numbers option is suitable for deleting data records that contain nothing but the ERP numbers.

If both options are clicked, the data record will be deleted in any case.

Edit

Select a data record and click the Edit button -> The Edit row window appears. Click on the desired line(s) and edit them.

If fields cannot be edited, change the setting under Extras -> Configure ERP environment - Configure column display [Modify column display] -> Editable.
