Perform all desired settings. (As many methods as you like can be used.)

Expand the list by clicking on the black arrow on the Search templates button and then click on the Manage search templates [Manage search templates ...] list item .... [Manage search templates ...]

-> The Manage search templates dialog box opens.

Click on the Add current search button.

Enter the desired name [Description] for the newly created search template and confirm with OK.

-> The template is saved.

If you want to load the saved search template again, open the Search templates button again and click on the desired search template in the list.

Alternatively, you can also open the Manage search templates ... dialog box again and click on the Load search.

-> The dialog box automatically closes and the search settings are loaded.
