4.7.4.1.11. ERP variables visible in search results

In PARTadmin you can define which ERP variables should be displayed in the search results in ENTERPRISE 3Dfindit / PARTdataManager.

You can define this configuration for each role. Only highlighted search terms and ERP variables are then displayed in the search terms.

  1. In PARTadmin, navigate to ERP environment → Roles.

  2. Click on the desired role and enter the ERP variables separated by commas in the ERP variables visible in search results field.

  3. From now on, only the ERP variables & highlighted search terms will be displayed in the search.

Alternatively, you can You can also use PARTadmin → $CADENAS_SETUP → plinkgroups.cfg at the respective group, write the values to the VARSFORSEARCHRESULTS field.
