3.2.5.3. Transfer parts from PARTsolutions modules

Parts from PARTsolutions modules, e.g. PARTdataManager, are transferred to PARTbom as follows:

  1. Select a part or assembly by clicking on a table row.

  2. Add it to the folder Checkin [Check-in] (or parts list [Bill of material] ) using the command Transfer to parts list (PARTbom) [Transfer to Bill of Materials (PARTbom)] (see also under Section 3.2.2.1, “Variant 1 - Call from PARTsolutions”)

[Note]Note

Company-specific assemblies are largely left in their structure after transfer to PARTbom. They are protected and cannot be expanded, reduced, deleted or changed in their sequence.
