These DLLs are automatically unregistered during deinstallation.
You can register manually via the file register.bat.
RegisterNoAutoload sets security entries for the plugin in the operating system, but the plugin is not automatically loaded when AutoCAD is started.
In order to manually load the AutoCAD command "netload" can be used.
