The eCATALOG 3Dfindit modules are powerful tools that enable you to provide standard parts catalogs for a wide variety of CAD systems.
2D and 3D parts can be created or parameterized, and entire assemblies can be individually configured. After appropriate conversion, 2D drawings in dxf file format can also be integrated into the 3Dfindit/PARTdataManager standard parts system.
The associated characteristic attribute tables can be edited in accordance with DIN 4001 and data from a PDM system can be transferred to 3Dfindit/PARTdataManager tables.
Drawings and tables are summarized in so-called project files - possibly supplemented by dimensioning views and additional information. With the help of these project files, the catalog parts can later be displayed, selected and exported to CAD systems in the individual 3Dfindit modules.
