The LOCKTABLE saves locked project lines.
After calling PARTlinkManager and opening the Extras menu -> Database -> Edit additional tables and selecting LOCKTABLE, locked project rows are displayed.
Reasons for locking project lines:
An other user is adding a number to the same project and line currently!
The block is temporary for 30 minutes or as long as the PARTdataManager the New ident number [new ident-no.] dialog is open.
In the PARTdataManager a corresponding message is displayed for other users.
When an unhandled or critical error occurred during export when creating the geometry.
The locking is unlimited in time.
The corresponding project line in the PARTlinkManager could be deleted manually, for example, if the geometry has been corrected by a catalog update.
