4.7.7.4.1. Delete pool files (9.03)

Up to now it was impossible to delete the pool files. If files with the mode "del" are imported in the classstruct.txt file, then only those files in the 23dlibs directory are deleted. With the option DELETEPOOLFILES these can now be deleted from the pool.
