7.6.3.3.  Copy to...

In the submenu of context menu command Copy to..., all existing planes are shown. Elements which may be copied are listed below.

Use
  1. In the 3D History, select one or multiple points.

  2. Open the context menu on one of the selected points.

  3. Click on Copy to....

    -> A list of possible planes is shown, where the selection could be inserted.

  4. Click on the desired plane.

Should elements be selected which cannot be copied, a respective note is displayed.

Elements which can be copied
  • Sketches

  • Bases (Base-Extrude, Base-Rotate)

  • Cuts (Cut-Extrude, Cut-Rotate)

  • Planes (offset and rotational planes)

  • Patterns

  • Pipe runs

  • Texts

  • Sweeps (only if the reference planes of both sketches are also copied)

Elements which cannot be copied
  • Blends

  • Drawings

  • Absolute planes (inclusive XY, ZX, YZ)

  • Sweeps (except if the reference planes of both sketches are also selected)

[Note]Note
  • It is tried to keep dependency-tree structures alive after copy, if necessary elements are selected as well.

  • Selecting a Base/Cut/Sweep will automatically copy its Sketch.

  • Selecting a Sketch, but not selecting its Base will only copy the sketch.
