3.13.1.2.1.  Sketch search (2D) - Import drawing with enhanced cutting out

The import of a drawing has been enhanced in the Sketch search (2D).

In the following you can see the procedure:

  1. Call Sketch search (2D).

    -> The same-named dialog box opens.

  2. Click on the icon Import drawing and insert the desired image via Explorer. Just as well you can insert the image directly with Ctrl+V.

    -> The dialog box Import drawing opens.

  3. Mark the inner area with a first freehand line:

  4. Mark the outer area with a second freehand line:

    -> As soon as you release the mouse key the result is displayed.

  5. If the result is satisfying click on Yes, take over sketch, otherwise on No, repeat selection.

    -> The selection is overtaken into the sketcher.
