4.7.8.10.3. Add copied
sketch to level face of rotational solid
With
PARTsolutions V9 you can now copy and insert the sketch of a rotational
solid onto another face. Until now this was only possible for extrusion
solids.
Do the
following:
From the
history of the sketch to be copied, select the command Copy (only sketch).
-> The
outline of the sketch is identified in color
Mark the
face to which you want to insert the sketch.
From the
context menu select the command Paste sketch (Sketch ...).
Now, by
clicking on the respective axes, align the coordinate system.
From the
context menu, select the command Choose coordinate system.

The sketch is now inserted.
