3.8. Complete
uninstallation: Also for CADENAS_DATA and other directories
Executing the
msi
installer with already installed software
or selecting the
installed program via Windows > Add or remove programs and then
clicking Modify,
will open the
dialog Change, repair or remove
installation.
When clicking
Remove the dialog Destination Folder is opened.
Here, you will
find the following options:
Remove catalog
folder: CADENAS_DATA
Remove
generated CAD pool folder: CADENAS_POOL - Create a backup of
the files if they are still in use
Remove site
specific configurations: CADENAS_SITESETUP
Remove user
specific configurations: CADENAS_USER - Remove user specific
configuration for current working user

Windows >
Add or remove
programs > Program selection, clicking Uninstall will remove the complete software
including CADEAS_SETUP, start.env, scripts, etc.
If still needed, save these
files. CADENAS_DATA,
CADENAS_SITESETUP and CADENAS_USER will remain. If you really want to
completely remove everything, use the method via Modify -> Remove. |
