are contained in the Standards classification are marked with an
S-icon 
.
All parts from supplier catalogs, which carry a reference to a standard part, are listed in the respective class in the Standards classification together with the respective part of the Standard catalog.
When you select Standards in the Links dialog box, then all parts classified into the Standards classification are displayed here.
When PARTsolutions with ERP integration is used some more possibilities arise:
Directories, which contain Standard parts, can be colored (here in the exemplifying figure "blue").
Furthermore these can be tagged as preferred parts, etc.
