The export release is defined differently for the administrator and different engineers.
The status light is set to green if an ERP_PDM_NUMBER is available.

The status light is only green in the rows that have both an ERP_PDM_NUMBER, as well as contain the marking 'x' in the columns MECH1(2,3,4).
