You can access the contents of the LinkDB using PARTlinkManager.

Additional information from third-party-systems are stored in the LinkDB.

PARTlinkManager provides the following functions, among others:

  • Create geometric variants

    Do not use PARTdesigner under ERP-functionality to add variants or further columns. This would cause conflicts.

  • Create additional fields, e.g. material or surface

  • Edit additional fields

  • Designing of additional columns in the PARTdataManager view

  • Defining CAD-file names
