With V12, 3DFind.it, the visual search engine for 3D manufacturer components, can now also be called up directly from the PARTsolutions menu in CAD.

As part of a PARTsolutions Enterprise installation, 3Dfind.it can be installed alongside PARTdataManager or as a stand-alone application. Details can be found under Section 4.5.1, “Different installation scenarios” in Installation.

If no application has been started yet, the 3DFind.it client starts; if this is not possible, the 3DFind.it client starts PARTdataManager if an application is already running, the user is asked whether they want to start 3DFind.it or PARTdataManager wants to start.

Select "PARTdataManager" or "3Dfind.it" and confirm with "Select [Choose] ".
