2.2.5.1.1. What does the tree represent?

The tree is a hierarchical overview of all duplicate clusters in an analysis.

Structure:

  • Catalog name / Directory name

    • Directory/Node 1

    • Directory/Node 2

    • Directory/Node 3

    • ...

Each node in the tree represents:

  • exactly one cluster group of similar parts

  • with its own annotation and closing status

The tree is with it:

  • Work list

  • Progress bar

  • Status indicator
