90 is CNS2009*EXPORT*GAEB.
When exporting the formats GAEB 90 and GAEB DA XML the stored tender texts are used. (If there is no classification for short and long text available, as fall back NN is used as short text and NT as long text.
The export file can be opened with any tender software.
