2.5.2.2.1. Layer settings

The AutoCAD interface directly uses the settings from the Autocad DWG 2D settings dialog.

Example:

  1. Load the desired part in PARTdataManager.

  2. Create the desired derivation.

  3. In the Export menu under Export in file -> 2D CAD formats, select the option Autocad DWG 2D.

    -> The same-named settings dialog is opened.

  4. In this example, the layer name under Hidden Lines is set to "Testlayer".

  5. Transfer the part to AutoCAD.

  6. In AutoCAD, open the layer options.

    -> The settings have been applied.
