Above the command System Info/Support [System info/Support] the 3Dfindit System Info dialog box opens - 3Dfindit by CADENAS. [3Dfindit Systeminfo - 3Dfindit by CADENAS]

Here you can send important information to the support team by e-mail. Fill in the fields and then click on e-mail support.

Alternatively, you can also save the content of the dialog box to a text file. You can find the command Save content to file [Save content in file] in the context menu (see following figure). If you work with PARTconcept Ticketing, it also makes sense to upload the text file as an attachment.
