Once the variables have been created, save the file by clicking on the button Save .

-> The dialog box Identification data is opened with tabbed page Geometry.

Fill out the mandatory fields Part name, Author and Company key.

Without specifying a valid Company key OK remains grayed out and you cannot save the file.

The schema for a valid Company key is:

CNS2009*CATALOGS*KATALOGNAME

Here in the training sample, the Company key is:

CNS2009*CATALOGS*TRAINING

Switch to the tabbed page Table.

Fill out the mandatory fields Standard name, Description for BOM and Standard number. Details on this can be found under ???.

The following table gives information on all fields:

Standard name	Since the variable NENN exists, it makes sense to use it for the Standard name. It has to be unique! Note In the field Standard name, please pay attention to the syntax! Set the entry inside the two given single quotation marks. If you want to include table values in the Standard name, attach them to the actual name in the Dollar sign variable name dot format (without empty spaces). See above 'Cap nut for training $NENN.' Orient towards the normal standards.
BOM name	Alternative to Standard name. Is also transferred to the CAD system and is displayed in the bom list.
Standard Number	E.g. „DIN 1587“
Standard title	Description of the standard part
Release date	Date of dimensional and/or product standard
Company	Your company

Setting identification data is finished now. Confirm your settings with OK.
