Insert model - Pattern recognition
If there are
patterns in
the placement part, they will be recognized and the respective dialog is
displayed.
Initial situation:
After transferring the placement part to the CAD system via Transfer to CAD 
the view returns to the CAD system and the placement
dialog is opened.
Click on the
button In hole
.
Select one or
several holes.
Click on the
button Place multiple 
(dialog stays open when process finished) or
Place once 
.
-> The
dialog box Place part is
opened querying "Fill pattern with instances?"
Now you have
two options:
Click on the
button Choose.
-> The
desired instances will be placed.
If
PARTsolutions placement dialog is opened, close it by clicking Close dialog
