Out PARTdataManager the release for parts that are blocked for export can be requested by e-mail from the responsible office.

Clicking on the Request ERP number by e-mail [Request ERP number per e-mail] button opens the Send e-mail dialog box and the information on the opened component can be sent directly from the dialog by e-mail, for example to the standards body.

The fields Standard designation [Standard name], Standard, Standard title and Parts list designation [Description for BOM] are automatically taken from the selected data record.

The dialog can be freely configured within the file plinkcommon.cfg: Block MAIL, SENDTO

A .psmid file is inserted as an attachment. Double-click on this file to open PARTdataManager with the corresponding project and line.

The e-mail itself contains all important information about the part.

The last line contains a batch command with which the component can also be opened in the PARTdataManager can be opened.
