Now as of V11 SP12 the Revit interface creates sub-parts in Nested Families from PARTsolutions assembly parts.
Parts equipped with the property Transfer to Bill of Material in eCATALOGsolutions, will get the property Shared in Revit.
Thus now from parts exported from PARTsolutions a complete bill of material can be derived in Revit.
