With V12.8, the components of an assembly that were created with PARTsolutions can be marked as Component is Reference-Only.[39]
You can find the new key TC_ReferenceOnlyComponents (only works in the context of Teamcenter) at ifnxteamcenter.cfg.
Value range: 0/1, 0 is default
If 1 is set, the Component is Reference-Only option is activated in NX > Assembly Navigator > Selected Component > Properties context menu command > Component Properties > Component dialog.
