If new terms are created on the PARTlinkManager settings [PARTlinkManager preferences] tab page - for example by creating a new column in the Configure column display [Modify column display] area or in the Customize table values [Adjust table values] area - then an entry is automatically created for this in the PARTlinkManager on the Translations tab page.
The entry shows up in the blue column.
You may set translations for any CADENAS languages.
