4.15.3.3.3.  Update structure table

The structure table (TREETABLE) is required in order to be able to display the red-green status in the index tree. As of V9 this is needed because of the new index structure (especially because of links).

The Update structure table command is therefore required for updates to V8.1. It must also be executed if changes have been made to the structure table itself.
