If only Delete project data records [Delete project datasets] is clicked and a fully completed data record is selected, the ERP number is retained and the other information is deleted. Data records that only contain the ERP number cannot be deleted with this option.
The Delete unassigned ERP numbers option is suitable for deleting data records that only contain the ERP numbers.
If both options are clicked, the data record will be deleted in any case.
