With this function you can search for symmetries: Once for the type and in the list field with the possibility of differentiation according to "symmetric", "nearly symmetric" and "not symmetric".

With this function you can search for material thickness. This function makes sense when searching for semi-finished products, for example.

3.1.6.4.12.3.5.  Cylinder

With this function you can search for inner or outer cylinders or half cylinder, quarter cylinders or broadly speaking sections of cylinders.

  • Number: Number of cylinders in the searched part

  • Diameter / length [Length]:

  • Rotation angle defines the rotation around the main axis of the cylinder (in the direction of the length) in order to expand the cylinder surface. This can be used to search for partial cylinders, e.g. full cylinders (angle = 360°), half cylinders (angle = 180°), quarter cylinders (angle = 90°).

  • Number [Amount]: You can search for a specific number of tori (without differentiating between inner tori and outer tori or with; see next point)

With this function you can search for curved slots.

  • Number [Amount]: The curved slotted holes can appear at any position and do not have to form a pattern. If the curved slotted holes are arranged as a pattern, you can also search using the Curved slotted hole pattern [Curved Slot Pattern] function.

  • Angle: The angle is determined from the slotted hole arc segment without the final curves.
