There are various reasons why SVN operations can fail, such as connection failures.
To better intercept these, a logic has been added that automatically retries if the connection fails.
The interval can be configured by a system administrator. Information on this can be found in the Section 1.7.3.7.5, “Block [QASettings]” in ENTERPRISE 3Dfindit (Professional) - Administration chapter.
