On the left at the beginning of each line you will see a status icon which indicates the export option or provides further additional information.

By default, the export condition [Export condition] is defined in such a way that an export without an ERP number is not possible. ^[34]

The control logic is indicated by corresponding icons:

Simple status icons

Example 2 is somewhat more differentiated. It shows a slightly modified control logic and other status icons.

More differentiated status icons

	Part available at one location + has ERP number	Export possible
	Part available at three locations + has ERP number	Export possible
	Part not available at any location + has ERP number	Export not possible
	Part not available at any location and no ERP number	Export not possible

By the If you try to export a part without export authorization, it will be displayed in the Activities dialog box Notification pops up. You can send notifications at any time via the icon notifications [Notifications] open.

The following illustration shows a case with a missing ERP number; the status icon is therefore red.

You do not have authorization to export the part to CAD! [You are not authorized to export this part to CAD!]

In a standard workflow, you must now either add an ERP number or request an ERP number.
