From within 3Dfindit, the release for parts that are blocked for export can be requested from the responsible office by e-mail.
Click on the Request ERP number button.
-> The E-mail dialog box opens.
The input fields can be extended as required, so they do not necessarily look like the example here.[20]
In this example, no similar parts were found in the database, see Section 8.1, “ Add data record to the link database ”.
The fields Standard name [Standard] and Standard are automatically taken from the selected data record.
Make the desired entries and confirm by clicking on the button.
-> The recipient entered under Send to receives an e-mail (or another type of notification depending on the administrative settings). A .psmid file containing the MIdent ("Internal identification of the part") and a preview image is attached to the e-mail. The e-mail itself contains all important information about the part.

plinkcommon.cfgfreely configured Block MAIL, SENDTOAs soon as the part has been released, the status display in the table changes (possibly also the display at product and directory level). The part can now be exported to CAD. To do this, click on the button.
